Let me explain the three random words in the title to this blog post.
A friend of the Firm, Stephen Bruce, has published a scholarly article titled “Any Good Hunting?: When a Justice's Impartiality Might Reasonably Be Questioned.”
The article explores some seriously troubling ethical issues regarding the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who passed away February 13, 2016, while having served on the Court since 1986.
Justice Scalia was considered by many to be a brilliant judge. Similarly, many considered him not to be a fair voice for interpreting employment laws and protecting employee rights.
We will let the reader judge, but the article does provide some good insights into the man.
